TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Provisional bookings only valid for 72 hours.
- Children classified as between 4 – 11 years
- A 50% non refundable deposit is due when making a booking. Full amount due on arrival.
- When a full amount is paid before arrival and cancellation takes place 30 days before arrival – full amount will be refunded. Cancellation made 14 days before arrival – 50% is refundable. Any days shorter than 14 days – refund will be forfeited.
- Norotshama River Resort reserves the right to demand full or part payment at it’s discretion in order to secure/guarantee booking. In such case payment must be made within 72 hours and may override the deposit policy of this agreement.
